• Q: What purpose does the camera club serve?
• A: The camera club helps connect photographers and expands the knowledge and joy of photography. Club meetings, field trips, and other activities keep members active in photography.


• Q: Why is there a $20.00 membership fee for an annual membership?
• A: Although the Canmore Camera Club is a non-profit organization expenses such as room rentals and photography presentations must be paid for.


• Q: What level of photographers are associated with the club?
• A: Virtually all levels of expert and beginner photographers are represented in the club although the majority is made up of SLR users. Anyone with an interest in photography is more than welcome to join in the club.


• Q: When and where are the meetings held?
• A: Meetings start in the Fall and end in the Spring. They will be held on the third Thirsday of each month at 7 P.M. in the upstairs room of the Canmore Recreation Centre.


• Q: What is the difference between a paying member of the club and a registered user of this website?
• A: A paying member is entitled to club discounts on events and also at Sunny Raven and select services from Richard Berry. A club member may also become a registered user by clicking Register in the Login Form and following the instructions.


• Q: How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
• A: Registered users will have their email added to the newsletter, please note it may take several days or until the next newsletter for your name to be added. There is also a subscribe/unsubscribe form at the bottom of the page, you will receive an email which will confirm your subscription if using the form. Newsletters are sent out whenever news about club activities arises.
